Lizzink Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes permitted and prohibited uses of Lizzink.com, the Lizzink mobile application, NFC products, QR code services, digital business card services, and related products and services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Brilliant Empire LLC d/b/a Lizzink (“Lizzink,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

This AUP supplements our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Permitted Use

You may use the Service to:

• Create and share professional digital business cards
• Manage contacts and networking follow-ups
• Share profile information through NFC cards and QR codes
• Organize business relationships in a lawful manner
• Communicate with contacts you are authorized to reach

2. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation

• Send unsolicited or bulk messages (spam)
• Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to bypass security, access controls, or rate limits
• Use the Service for fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Distribute illegal, obscene, or exploitative content
• Use automated tools to abuse the Service without permission

3. Contact and Communication Rules

If you save contacts or use follow-up features, you are solely responsible for:

• Obtaining required consent before storing contact information
• Complying with anti-spam and telemarketing laws
• Honoring opt-out requests and privacy rights
• Ensuring communications are accurate and lawful

4. NFC Cards and QR Codes

You may not use NFC cards or QR codes to:

• Redirect users to malicious or deceptive destinations
• Distribute prohibited content
• Circumvent platform safeguards or user protections

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action, including warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, or termination of accounts.

We may report unlawful activity to law enforcement or other appropriate authorities.

6. Reporting Violations

To report abuse or policy violations, contact support@lizzink.com with relevant details, including URLs, usernames, and a description of the issue.

We may update this AUP from time to time.
