This GDPR Notice supplements the Lizzink Privacy Policyfor users in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), United Kingdom (“UK”), and Switzerland where the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) or equivalent laws apply. It is provided by Brilliant Empire LLC d/b/a Lizzink (“Lizzink,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

For most Service usage, Brilliant Empire LLC d/b/a Lizzink is the data controller.

For business customers uploading contact records, Lizzink may act as a data processor as described in our Data Processing Addendum.
