Welcome to Lizzink (“Lizzink,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using Lizzink.com, the Lizzink mobile application, NFC products, QR code services, digital business card services, and related products and services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

You represent that all information you provide is accurate and current.

2. Description of Service

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • All activity occurring under your account

You must notify us immediately of unauthorized account activity.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload, including:

  • Names
  • Photos
  • Company information
  • Social media links
  • Contact information
  • Notes
  • Profile information

By submitting content, you grant Lizzink a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, process, and distribute such content solely for operating the Service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Upload harmful software
  • Misrepresent your identity
  • Harass others
  • Collect user information without authorization
  • Use the Service for spam
  • Interfere with Service operation
  • Circumvent security measures

6. NFC Cards and QR Codes

Lizzink may provide NFC cards, QR codes, and related technologies.

You acknowledge:

  • NFC and QR functionality depends on compatible devices.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
  • Loss, theft, damage, or misuse of physical cards is your responsibility.

7. Contacts and Follow-Up Features

Lizzink may allow users to save contacts and manage follow-up reminders.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Obtaining necessary consent
  • Complying with privacy laws
  • Ensuring lawful communications

Lizzink does not verify contact information accuracy.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with:

  • Microsoft
  • LinkedIn
  • CRM platforms
  • Social networks

We are not responsible for third-party services or their privacy practices.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, logos, designs, and branding associated with Lizzink are owned by Lizzink or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Resell
  • Modify

without written permission.

10. Subscription Services

Certain features may require payment.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING:

  • Indirect damages
  • Consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the previous twelve months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lizzink, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Service

  • Your violation of these Terms

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law principles.
