3. Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:

Your physical or electronic signature
Identification of removed material and its prior location
A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was due to mistake or misidentification
Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction

We may restore content unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

4. Repeat Infringers

We may terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

5. Misrepresentations

Knowingly submitting false infringement claims or counter-notifications may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
