Lizzink Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Brilliant Empire LLC d/b/a Lizzink (“Lizzink,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) ships physical NFC cards ordered through Lizzink.com and related services (the “Service”).

When NFC card checkout becomes available, this policy will apply to those orders. For refund terms, see our Refund Policy.

1. Scope

This policy applies to physical Lizzink NFC cards shipped within the United States. International shipping is not available at launch.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during holidays or high-volume periods.

3. Delivery Estimates

Standard shipping generally arrives within 5–10 business days after your order ships. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination and are estimates only — not guarantees.

Express shipping options may be offered at checkout in the future. Estimated delivery windows will be shown before you complete your purchase.

4. Carriers and Tracking

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx at our discretion based on destination and service availability. Tracking information is provided by email when available.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Promotional free-shipping offers, if available, will be shown at checkout.

6. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information. Re-shipment fees may apply if a package is returned to us due to an invalid address.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date at hello@lizzink.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

8. International Shipping

We do not currently ship NFC cards outside the United States. If we expand international shipping, we will update this policy.

9. Customs and Import Restrictions

Not applicable for US domestic orders at launch. If international shipping becomes available, customers will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

10. Changes

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time.
